Rayne was founded in 1928, when Ray N. Eddy first began the assembly and sale of water softeners for residential and commercial use in Southern California. As the business grew, Mr. Eddy extracted from his signature the "Rayne" name ("Ray-N.-E"ddy).

In 1951 Ray brought his nephew, David Nancarrow into the business and in 1954 Rayne Corporation was formed, a National Dealership Organization. Rayne Corporation's goal was to develop exchange service softener, rental, sales and service in the water conditioning business with quality water products, quality service and development of good will doing business under the "Rayne" name.

Rayne has been a leader in developing water conditioning equipment for over the past 70 years. Rayne offers state of the art residential water softeners , residential and commercial soft water service and commercial water purifiers.

As a Rayne Dealer we are dedicated to promoting the highest principles of honesty, integrity, fair dealing professionalism. A Rayne Code of Ethics sets standards of conduct for Rayne team members in their dealing with their customers, among themselves, with members of related industries, and the public at large.
